Michael holds a current Georgia State Light Commercial / Residential Contractors Qualifying Agent license and is the established qualifying agent for Crownline Homes, LLC. Prior to joining forces with Crownline Homes in 2013, Michael founded and managed a successful homebuilding company, M&S Construction Management, Inc. Michael has managed high end residential new construction builds exceeding $2 million single home projects and complex insurance company funded renovations and restorations resulting from fire, wind and water damage. Michael is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and a certified Earthcraft Builder.
As a Residential Light Commercial licensed contractor, Michael and associated companies can perform any work or activity covered under the Residential/ Light Commercial Qualifying Agent (RLCQA) contractor guidelines such as: single and multifamily, multiuse light commercial buildings and structures. These buildings and structures can be up to 4 stories high and up to 25,000 square feet in aggregate interior floor space. This includes construction types of wood, steel framing and brick veneer buildings up to 50,000 square feet of interior floor space.
Michael has managed the entire construction process of commercial and residential projects such as retail space build-outs, church and school building projects, church halls, administrative office spaces, apartment complex pool clubhouse, pool cabanas and tennis pavilions.
