Robert fell in love with dirt when he purchased his first 3.5 Acre tract of land in Alpharetta, Georgia in 1983. This property became the site of Robert’s first custom home build when he constructed a new home for his family there in 1986. While maintaining a successful 25-year career as a corporate telecom executive, Robert continued active in real estate with renovations and residential lot development but it was just not enough to feed the vision he had held for creating a custom home building company. In 2013, Robert turned the table to pursue his passion for real estate development and construction by leading Crownline Homes, LLC to deliver unequaled quality and service to the Atlanta market.
Having held multiple executive level positions with both publicly and privately held companies, Robert is uniquely prepared to execute the operational and financial metrics of the home construction industry. By utilizing industry specific technology to assist in the management of deliverables, material procurement, and financial reporting, Crownline Homes is able to improve the overall client experience of building a new custom home. Robert continues to manage each customer relationship individually and is the primary visionary for the homes that are built for each and every client. Having built a team of qualified experts driven by experience, sincere intentions, and doing the right thing first, Robert and Crownline Homes have earned an excellent reputation and developed a loyal customer base.
Crownline Homes, LLC holds a current Georgia State Light Commercial / Residential Contractors license and is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Additionally, Robert King holds an active Georgia Real Estate License and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
